Tingari Cycle paintings depict stories from the Pintupi dreaming. They primarily concern places and events in the Tingari cycle (a cycle of myths about the ancestors of the Pintupi). His designs are inspired by those painted on the body during ceremonies.
Patrick was born at Mayilili, east of Kunawarritji (Well 33). When he was young, he walked the desert east of the Canning Stock Route with his older brother, Brandy. These journeys regularly crossed the stock route and, in 1958, Patrick followed the chain of wells north out of the desert. After living many years in Balgo, returned to live near his Country at Kiwirrkurra.
